Pizza Recipe Ortolana

The pizza ortolana is a classic pizza stuffed so named for use as ingredients in a mix of garden products, for this is considered a peasant pizza. The garden offers many vegetables and in the same way we can choose your favorite vegetables as condiments, such as zucchini, spinach, eggplant or peppers or whatever.

Ingredients:

*250 ml of warm water
*Extra virgin olive oil 3 tablespoons
*2 ripe tomatoes
*80 g diced mozzarella
*2 zucchini cut into slices
*80 g of boiled asparagus
*2 basil leaves

*Half a clove of garlic

Preparation:

Spread the pizza dough ortolana, previously kneaded and leavened according to the recipe common to all the pizzas. Wash the vegetables such as spinach, basil, zucchini and asparagus. Vegetables can be boiled or grilled according to your preferences. Dry the vegetables and cut them. Cover the dough with tomato slices and sprinkle evenly with the diced mozzarella. At this point settle the filling with vegetables. Optionally you can also use corn or broccoli or other vegetables of your choice. Irrodare with the oil.

 Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes at 220 ° C.
