German pizza recipe

The German pizza is actually a pizza that was perhaps a little German, or rather a single ingredient: the sausages (name derived from the German word "Wurst" which means "sausage"), obviously and strictly pig. Preparation:
       
           Prepare the pizza dough, then blanch in a pan thinly sliced ​​onions in a little olive oil. Roll out the pizza dough and sprinkle with tomato. Add the mozzarella, tuna (drained), the sausages and onions, add a sprinkling of oregano and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
