Pizza alla Carbonara Recipe

The pizza alla Carbonara comes from one of the most famous Italian pasta recipes, the famous pasta alla Carbonara, a typical dish of the Roman cuisine, which incorporates the main ingredients, creating a very tasty pizza and rich, though certainly not lightweight.
 
Ingredients:

*500 g of sifted flour

*12 g of yeast
*250 ml of warm water
*10 g of salt
*25 g of extra virgin olive oil
*250g of chopped tomatoes
*250g mozzarella
*200g of bacon into cubes or strips
*4 hard-boiled eggs;
*50g Pecorino Romano D.O.P.
*Pepe q.b.



Preparation:

Prepare eggs boiled cooking them in boiling water for about 7-8 minutes and leave sfreddare. Spread in a baking the pizza base previously prepared, sprinkle with tomato, add a little olive oil and mozzarella cheese, then the bacon and hard-boiled eggs cut into slices. Finally, add a pinch of pepper and a sprinkling of Pecorino Romano DOP, then cook it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes
