Pizza Bruschetta Recipe

One of the most appreciated Italian cuisine is undoubtedly the classic bruschetta, a dish fast, fresh and flavorful ideal to accompany other dishes.

In the wake of this recipe, proproniamo Bruschetta pizza, which replaces the traditional slice of bread abrustolito with the pizza dough, to make it a main dish.

*500 g of sifted flour type 00;
*12 g of yeast;
*250 ml of warm water;
*10 g of salt;
*4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil;
*400g fresh tomato cut into cubes;
*a few basil leaves;
*oregano q.b.
*Salt and pepper q.b.

Preparation:

Roll out the pizza dough on a previously prepared pan, then add a tablespoon of olive oil and spread evenly over the surface, then bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Remove the base of the pizza from the oven, season by adding the diced tomatoes, a sprinkling of oregano, salt, pepper and a few basil leaves, then put it back in the oven for another 15-20 minutes, still at 180 degrees, or until the dough becomes crisp.
