Pizza recipe Campidanese

The pizza Campidanese draws inspiration from one of the most popular dishes of Sardinian cuisine, or gnocchi alla Campidanese. The ingredients are almost the same, otherwise known as dry sausage Sardinian Pecorino Sardo and the inevitable black olives. A very tasty pizza but also easy and quick to prepare, with ingredients that do not require other stages of preparation.

*500 g of sifted flour type 00
*12 g of yeast
*250 ml of warm water
*10 g of salt
*25 g of extra virgin olive oil
*250g mozzarella
*200g of dried sausage of pork
*120g grated Pecorino Sardo
*200g pitted black olives


Preparation:

Spread the pizza base in a pan add the tomatoes, mozzarella and a drizzle of olive oil, then add the dried sausage, cut into strips, then pitted black olives and a generous sprinkling of grated Pecorino Sardo. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes
