Pizza recipe Nduja and red onions

The pizza Nduja and red onions, as can be easily inferred from his name, is a recipe typical of Calabria, which combines the usual pizza, two of the ingredients the most famous, popular and sought after of the culinary tradition of Calabria. The abbinameno strong and tasty red onion of Tropea with its famous Nduja, the famous soft salami spicy, is mitigated by the use of a delicate (and plentiful) buffalo mozzarella.
 
Ingredients:
                                        
*500 g of sifted flour
*12 g of yeast
*250 ml of warm water
*10 g of salt

Preparation:

Blanch the sliced ​​onions in a pan with a little olive oil and garlic for 4-5 minutes. Roll out the pizza dough, sprinkle with tomato, cut the mozzarella into cubes, wipe them with a clean cloth or a paper towel, then add them to the pizza. Slice the salami Nduja and add a few slices of pizza, then season with a sprinkling of origaneo and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
