Pizza Recipe of Mare e Monti

The name of this pizza says it all, this is one of the few recipes that cleverly combines the gastronomic tradition of seafaring to the mountain.

The pizza Mare e Monti is appreciated and consumed in all regions of Italy, and never fails in the menus of the best pizzerias. E ', however, mandatory for the success of this pizza, using fresh ingredients, especially with regard to seafood.


Ingredients:
                                                

*500 g of sifted flour type 00

*250 ml of warm water
*10 g of salt
*25 g of extra virgin olive oil
*250g mozzarella
*400g seafood (clams and mussels)
*200g of mushrooms
*salt and pepper q.b.
*a few sprigs of parsley
*two cloves of garlic.




Preparation :

Clean the seafood, scraping the shells from the outside with a boxcutter. Put extra virgin olive oil in a pan and fry two cloves of minced garlic, add the seafood and cook for about 5 minutes. Shell then clams and mussels, cut the mushrooms into slices and repeat the procedure performed for seafood.

Spread the pizza base and serve with tomato, mozzarella, a drizzle of olive oil, then add evenly shelled seafood, a sprinkling of salt and a few leaves of parsley chopped, and finally the mushrooms. Cook everything in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes.
