Sarda The pizza is a thin pizza, derived from the traditional "esplanade Sardinian", a kind of thin cake, which is normally cooked in a pan and then stuffed with various ingredients.
The pizza Sarda thus reflects the characteristic of the esplanade, or subtlety, so that enhances even more the rich sauce made with Pecorino Sardo and Sardinian sausage, or alternatively of the common pepperoni
Ingredients:
*400 g of sifted flour
*10 g of yeast
*200 ml of warm water
*10 g of salt
*20 g of extra virgin olive oil
*250g of chopped tomatoes
*250g Pecorino Sardo (fresh or slightly aged)
*150g Pepperoni or Sardinian sausage
*oregano
Preparation:
Prepare the pizza dough and spread it out to get a very thin base, then spread with tomato and Pecorino Sardo, then add the Sardinian sausage or, if not available, the municipality spicy salami. Then add a sprinkling of oregano, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minuti.rice
