Pizza recipe to the Sword

That pizza at the Sword is, surely, a special and unusual recipe, but definitely well suited to the summer thanks to its fresh, light ingredients, to begin with the delicious carpaccio of swordfish, &  the real "contour" of salad & tomatoes and good amount of mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients:

*12 g of yeast
*250 ml of warm water
*10 g of salt
*25 g of extra virgin olive oil
*350g mozzarella
*400g of smoked swordfish carpaccio
*200 g of iceberg lettuce
*200 g cherry tomatoes
*salt and pepper.


Preparation:

Marinate the swordfish carpaccio on a plate with olive oil and pepper for 30 mins. Prepare the pizza dough, roll it into a baking dish and drizzle with a little olive oil, mozzarella and cherry tomatoes. Bake for about 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees, then add the swordfish and the salad and continue cooking for another 5 minutes at the same temperature.
