Recipe Chicken and Peppers Pizza

Who has line problems and does not want to give up the pleasure of a good pizza, rich ingredients and unique flavors, with a little 'imagination can satisfy their taste buds, without failing in their diet. The pizza chicken and peppers can be a recipe ideal in these cases, thanks to the white meat of chicken, notoriously low in fat, the lightness of the peppers and the use of fat mozzarella.

Ingredients:

*12 g of yeast
*250 ml of warm water
*10 g of salt
*25 g of extra virgin olive oil
*250g low-fat mozzarella
*250g of chopped tomatoes
*2 red peppers
*2 yellow peppers
*200g chicken breast
*salt and pepper


Preparation:

 Sauté in a pan with a little olive oil, the diced chicken and peppers cut into strips (or also diced), about 2-3 minutes. Spread out, then, the dough for the pizza and serve with tomato sauce, a drizzle of olive oil and a little 'fat mozzarella. Add the peppers and chicken and a sprinkling of salt and pepper. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
