Recipe pizza to lobster and smoked salmon

The pizza to lobster and smoked salmon is a typical recipe of the sea, combining the strong and pungent flavor of smoked salmon to sweet and delicate flavor of the shrimp. 500 g of sifted flour type
12 g of yeast
250 ml of warm water
10 g of salt
25 g of extra virgin olive oil

250g mozzarella
50g parsley
200g of smoked salmon
340g of prawns
pepper.

Preparation:

Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet, sprinkle with olive oil and add the mozzarella in sequence, thoroughly washed and peeled prawns, smoked salmon, cut into thin slices and a sprinkle of chopped parsley. If using fresh salmon, be sure to boil the fillets for 5-10 minutes before adding them to the pizza. Finally, add a sprinkle of pepper and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
