The pizza of Switzerland

The pizza Switzerland is a veritable explosion of colors and flavors thanks to the mix of some of the most appreciated and famous Swiss cheeses such as Gruyere, Sbrinz, the Raclette and Vacherin, expertly paired with some typical ingredients of traditional tomato sauce, as fresh cherry tomatoes and zucchini.

It is part of the so-called "white pizzas", ie without the usual base of tomato pulp. Very nice and even light, despite the presence of many cheeses rather fat, it is also ideal in hot weather and to surprise their guests or your family with a very special pizza!
