Even the flavors of the wood can find their realization in a pizza, and it is for this that comes the Boscaiola pizza, a pizza which includes of course the fruit typical of Italian forests, or porcini mushrooms, expertly paired with the tasty bacon.
Ingredients:
*500 g of sifted flour type 00;
*12 g of yeast;
*250 ml of warm water;
*10 g of salt;
*25 g of extra virgin olive oil;
*250g of chopped tomatoes;
*250g mozzarella;
*100g of mushrooms;
*150g smoked bacon slices;
*oregano and pepper q.b.
Preparation:
Prepare the pizza dough, spread and sprinkle with tomatoes, then add the mozzarella, mushrooms and previously cut thin sliced bacon.
Add a sprinkling of oregano and pepper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
