The pizza Fantasia is known by this name because of the multitude of ingredients that compose it. A pizza rich, certainly not light, but with so many ingredients that do not clash at all, and make it unique mix of flavors in this recipe, often available in different variants in different Italian regions.
Ingredients:
*500 g of sifted flour;
*12 g of yeast;
*250 ml of warm water;
*10 g of salt;
*25 g of extra virgin olive oil;
*250g mozzarella;
*4 hard-boiled eggs;
*2 white onions;
*100g of mushrooms;
*150g of cooked ham;
*200g sausage;
*100g of peas;
*Oregano q.b.
*Sale q.b.
*Basil q.b.
Preparation:
Sauté the onions in the pan and peas for a few minutes, boil the eggs in a separate pan. When cooked, roll out the pizza dough, sprinkle with tomato, then add the mozzarella, ham, onions, peas, sausages and boiled eggs. Before baking, add a sprinkling of salt and oregano, then cook it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. At the end of cooking, add a few leaves of fresh basil.
