Pizza recipe to Carlofortina fast !!

 The pizza is a real concentrate of history, which combines the unique taste of pesto sauce, a typical Ligurian reference to the origins of its inhabitants, the specialty of the place, the prized bluefin tuna. A pizza certainly full of natural ingredients and genuine, very light and pleasant, ideal for any occasion.

 INGREDIENTS:

*500 g of sifted flour type 00;

* 12 g of yeast;

 
* 250 ml of warm water;
 

* 10 g of salt;
 

* 25 g of extra virgin olive oil;

* 250g mozzarella;

* 250g of chopped tomatoes;

* 4 tablespoons of pesto sauce;

* 200g of canned tuna;

* salt and oregano q.b.


PREPARATION:

            Spread the pizza base on a baking tray, sprinkle with tomatoes, then add the mozzarella, a drizzle of olive oil and canned tuna previously drained.

The original variant involves the use of rare and expensive bluefin tuna Carloforte, but you can easily replace with the normal canned tuna in olive oil.

Finally, add a tablespoon of pesto evenly distributed and a pzzico of salt and oregano.

Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
