La Fiorentina pizza is a tasty recipe, based on typical Tuscan pizza very thin and crisp, but also very rich tasty and delicious ingredients, such as cacciatorino salami, mushrooms and Swiss cheese.
Ingredients :
*500 g of sifted flour type 00;
*12 g of yeast;
*250 ml of warm water;
*10 g of salt;
*25 g of extra virgin olive oil;
*7-8 tablespoons of tomato sauce;
*250g Emmenthal;
*250 g of fresh tomatoes cut into slices;
*150g of salami hunter;
*100g of mushrooms;
*80g pitted green olives;
*oil, salt and pepper q.b.
Preparation:
Prepare the pizza dough and spread it out until it forms a very thin base, sprinkle tomato (about one or two tablespoons per pizza) and add in sequence Emmenthal, the pomdori cut into slices, the slices of salami hunter, the mushrooms and sliced green olives. Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes
