Mushrooms are certainly among the most delicious ingredients and consumed in our country. Some very well-known varieties such as common mushrooms, the mushrooms and mushrooms (also called "mushroom flesh", because of their size and their appearance) are the basis of so-called Mixed Mushroom pizza.
This recipe is able to perfectly match the tastes of these three varieties of mushrooms, to create a white pizza very particular, but not difficult to prepare. Indeed, the Mixed Mushroom pizza is one of the most easy to prepare, a quality that makes it ideal for any occasion, even for last minute dinners!
Ingredients:
*500 g of sifted flour
*12 g of yeast
*250 ml of warm water
*10 g of salt
*25 g of extra virgin olive oil
*250g mozzarella
*100g of mushrooms
*50g mushrooms
*50g mushrooms
*1 clove of garlic
*salt and pepper
Preparation:
After spreading the pizza dough, add the mozzarella, a drizzle of olive oil and a mix at will porcini mushrooms, mushrooms and mushrooms.
In case you use mushrooms in oil ready to use remember to drain them well, in the case of fresh mushrooms recommend a thorough washing and meticulous, for obvious reasons of hygiene. Then have to be cut into small pieces and fry in a pan with a little olive oil and a clove of chopped garlic, for about ten minutes, then drain the excess oil and add to the pizza.
Finally season the pizza with a pinch of salt and pepper, then cook in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
