A pizza ingredient-rich but light at the same time tasty dish is definitely a pleasant and ideal for mild spring evenings. Fresh cherry tomatoes, arugula and a side of ham lightweight form what is commonly called Primavera pizza, a quick and easy recipe to prepare, but no less tasty.
Ingredients:
*500 g of sifted flour;
*12 g of yeast;
*250 ml of warm water;
*10 g of salt;
*25 g of extra virgin olive oil;
*250g mozzarella;
*250g cherry tomatoes fresh;
*200g of ham Parma ham;
*rocket q.b.
*pepper q.b.
Preparation:
Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet, add the mozzarella and cherry tomatoes cut into wedges, then bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
When cooked, add ham, arugula, and a pinch of pepper, then serve
