Pizza recipe of Sailor

One of the most popular pizzas in the fishing villages is definitely the famous pizza of the Sailor, known by this name by virtue of an ingredient from the fishing or tuna and anchovies.

Not to be confused with the Marinara pizza, which is of an entirely different nature, pizza Mariner is also rich in ingredients and flavors, definitely suitable for strong palates thanks to the presence of garlic, chilli, onion and anchovies the same.


Ingredients:

*500 g of sifted flour type 00;
*12 g of yeast;
*250 ml of warm water;

*25 g of extra virgin olive oil;
*250g mozzarella;
*4-5 cans of tuna, 

*400g fresh tuna or boiled;
*200g anchovies;
*2 onions;
*80g pitted black olives;
*4 cloves of garlic;
*chili powder q.b.

Preparation:

Sauté the onions in a pan with the garlic chopped. If you choose to use fresh tuna, be sure to clean it thoroughly and boil it in the case of canned tuna is sufficient to drain it. Roll out the pizza dough, add tomatoes, a little olive oil, mozzarella, tuna, onions with garlic, anchovies and then add a sprinkling of chili powder. Cook, as always, in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes
