The pizza to lobster and smoked salmon is a typical recipe of the sea, combining the strong and pungent flavor of smoked salmon to sweet and delicate flavor of the shrimp. A particular recipe, suitable for lovers of fish and shellfish. Definitely light and tasty, perfect for warm summer nights, being a quick and easy recipe. Who has more time to spend in the kitchen, it can instead replace the smoked salmon with the excellent fresh salmon fillet, without boiling, of course.
Ingredients:
500 g of sifted flour type
12 g of yeast
250 ml of warm water
10 g of salt
25 g of extra virgin olive oil
250g mozzarella
50g parsley
200g of smoked salmon
340g of prawns
pepper.
Preparation:
Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet, sprinkle with olive oil and add the mozzarella in sequence, thoroughly washed and peeled prawns, smoked salmon, cut into thin slices and a sprinkle of chopped parsley. If using fresh salmon, be sure to boil the fillets for 5-10 minutes before adding them to the pizza. Finally, add a sprinkle of pepper and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
