If you are looking for a very tasty pizza, but light, ideal for children, pizza Potatoes and Ham is the recipe for you.
Can be prepared in two different variants, depending on your taste. The first of very normal with fries, the second with potatoes lightly roasted in a pan and then baked in the oven on the pizza itself. In both cases, the combination is perfect and the difficulty was minimal, will only change the calorie content (obviously greater for french fries).
Ingredients:
*500 g of sifted flour type 00;
*12 g of yeast;
*250 ml of warm water;
*10 g of salt;
*25 g of extra virgin olive oil;
*250g mozzarella;
*250g of chopped tomatoes;
*4 large yellow potatoes;
*200g of cooked ham;
*extra virgin olive oil for frying q.b.
*salt and pepper q.b.
*rosemary q.b.
Preparation:
If you choose the variant with french fries just buy those ready-cut or wash and fry those made at home. In the event that you choose the potatoes in the oven, you will need to wash and peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and brown them in a pan with a little olive oil for a few minutes until they begin to "color itself." At that point, drain the excess oil on a sheet of absorbent paper.
Therefore Spread the pizza dough, sprinkle with tomato, add the mozzarella, a drizzle of olive oil and then potatoes and ham in the preferred embodiment (sliced or diced).
Add a little 'of rosemary and a pinch of salt and pepper, then cook it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for approximately 30-40 minutes.
Bon Appetit !!!

My family loves pizza, especially my kids. I'm always on the hunt for new toppings to add, and I think that ham and potatoes sounds so yummy! I never would have thought about that, but it sounds so yummy! My kids like ham and pineapple, so I think that this would be a hit in my house!
